Refund policy
In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. During this period, you may request a refund without having to justify your decision.
Please note:
• Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
• Certain items, such as personalized or made-to-measure products, are not eligible for the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Contact us at: contact@yside-store.com to let us know that you would like to return your order.
2. You will receive the return address where the items should be sent.
Return shipping costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-compliant or defective products
If you receive a non-compliant or defective item, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or a full refund.
Procedure:
1. Send an email to: contact@yside-store.com with clear photos of the defect or non-compliance.
2. Our team will review your request as quickly as possible.
3. If the non-compliance or defect is confirmed, we will provide a solution: exchange, refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
For returns related to defective or non-compliant items, return shipping costs will be covered by Y-SIDE.
Size exchange
You may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with no odors or signs of wear.
• The original packaging and tags are included.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Contact us at: contact@yside-store.com to submit your request.
2. You will receive a return address to send the item back to us.
3. After receiving and checking the item, we will proceed with the size exchange or offer another solution if the requested size is unavailable.
Shipping costs for a size exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
General return conditions
• Items must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport. Use the original packaging or similar suitable packaging.
• If the above conditions are not met, for example if the item is damaged, tags are missing or packaging is missing, Y-SIDE reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
• Return processing may take 10 to 15 business days after receipt of the item.
