Y-SIDE ships worldwide.
Processing times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin their 2 to 4 business day processing time on the next business day.
Shipping fees
• Standard shipping: €5.95 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over €70.
Delivery times
• Standard delivery: 4 to 8 business days after shipment.

Carriers
Orders are shipped through partner carriers selected for their reliability. The choice of carrier depends on the destination and the type of order.

Responsibility in case of delay or loss
Y-SIDE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control, such as customs, strikes or weather events.
If the order has not been received within 20 business days after shipment, please contact customer service at contact@yside-store.com, including your first name, last name and order number.
In the event of confirmed loss of the package, a refund of the amount paid or a suitable alternative solution will be offered.
Restrictions and exclusions
Certain destinations may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. If it is not possible to ship to the address provided, the customer will be informed quickly and fully refunded.
Taxes and customs duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
